Dear COAPRT Visitor,
 
We are in the process of scheduling the 2025 Program Visits and request your availability. Your service is essential to COAPRT achieving its mission to ensure quality education in the profession. 

This spring there is one institution in the survey which will need a visit and are on schedule for a fall 2025 hearing and two institutions which will need fall visits and are on schedule for spring 2026 hearings.

Visitor travel expenses are provided for by the program being reviewed. If you are interested in serving as a visitor during this round of visits, please complete this online form no later than December 19, 2024. Please review the Visitor Selection Policy (LINK) and respond only to visits for which you are eligible.

All approved visitors must have attended a COAPRT Visitor Training within the past three years on the current version of the standards before they can be assigned to a visitation team. All prospective visitors are required to attend a COAPRT visitor training. COAPRT Visitor Training is offered remotely so that this information is accessible for all in preparation for quality visitations.
